Tuesday, May 19 (Optional - Arrival Day)

• 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Early team arrivals, optional check-in at Hilton Raleigh North Hills, 3415 Wake Forest Rd, Raleigh, NC 27609

• Facility tours and informal warm-ups must be scheduled in advance prior to arrival

Wednesday, May 20 – Opening Day

• 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM: Team Check-In at Walnut Creek Complex
  (Team packets, rosters, welcome bags, credential verification)

• 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Official Team Photos

  • Assigned photo times for each team will be provided prior to the event

• 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Opening Ceremonies & Celebration Kickoff

  • Parade of teams

  • Welcome remarks

  • Live concert and special guest appearances

  • National anthem & group photo

Thursday, May 21 – Pool Play (All Teams)

• 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM: Pool Play – Games 1, 2, and 3

  • Each team will play three pool games

  • 7-inning max or 2-hour time limit per game

Friday, May 22 – Bracket Play Begins

• 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM: Double-Elimination Bracket Play – All Divisions

  • Teams will be seeded based on pool play performance

  • Division I Bracket: Top 8 seeded teams

  • Division II Bracket: Next 8 seeded teams

  • Division III Bracket: All remaining teams

Saturday, May 23 – Championship Day

• 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM: Final Bracket Games & Championships

  • Division III Final

  • Division II Final

  • Division I Championship

• 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Awards Ceremonies

  • Held on each respective field immediately following the conclusion of each championship game

  • Champions, Runners-Up, All-Tournament Teams

  • Individual & Team Recognitions

  • 2028 Host City Reveal

• Sunday (May 24) is reserved as an alternate rain-out day.

• Daily schedules will be posted online and at the park by 7:00 AM.

• All times subject to change based on weather or field conditions.

• Concessions, vendors, and merchandise available throughout the event.
