The Homeschool Softball World Series (HSWS) is more than just a tournament — it’s a national celebration of homeschool athletics, community, and character.

To make this unforgettable event a success, we’re calling on dedicated volunteers to join our team and help bring the 2026 series to life.

Whether you're a parent, student, sports fan, or community member — there’s a place for you on our team!

Volunteer Roles Available

Check-In & Hospitality

Help welcome teams and families, distribute welcome kits, and assist with registration.

Field Crew

Assist with game-day setup, tear-down, scoreboard operation, and field transitions.

Concessions Support

Support food and merchandise booths, handle sales, or restock items.

Media & Photography

Capture the action on and off the field, help with social media content, or livestream.

Special Events & Guest Support

Assist with Opening Day entertainment, guest speakers, and influencer appearances.

Parking & Traffic

Direct teams and fans to parking areas and ensure smooth arrival/departure.

Volunteer Dates

Event Week:
May 19–24, 2026 – Raleigh, NC
Volunteers are needed throughout the week, especially for:

Team check-in (May 19)
Opening Day (May 20)
Tournament Days (May 21–23)
Championship Saturday (May 23)
Breakdown/Cleanup (May 24)
